From online services to the individualized Transdisciplinary Treatment Program at Alabama Game Changers, countless children’s skills have markedly improved. At our medical clinic, we offer the intake assessments that are needed for evaluation and treatment, as well as the medical management of many of the co-existing conditions associated with learning struggles like ADHD, anxiety, and depression.

Interventions

Interventions vary based upon the needs of the individual. Delivery can be as single sessions (at the center or online) or from within our therapeutic classrooms or intensive environments. Classrooms differ based upon the amount of therapy versus academics that are delivered and whether they are all delivered one-on-one versus in small groups.

NOW programs

Learn more about the NOW! Programs which can help students of all ages, including children, adolescents, college students, and adults to improve the most likely cause of their learning difficulties and to be more likely to achieve their full academic and life potential.

Intensive

The most effective and quickest way to close gaps is to treat intensively with more sessions done closer together while the different specialties work together with similar goals in mind.

SLP

We offer in-depth speech and Language assessments. Our treatments use research-based, highly effective language-based programs designed to follow a neurodevelopmental model of language acquisition and mastery.

Occupational Therapy

We offer many occupational therapy services including evaluations and sensory integrated treatment.

Therapeutic Classrooms

Therapeutic classrooms allow academic catchup with small student to instructor ratios after a child has developed the skill of reading. Within this classroom is where academic catch up can occur as a child learns that their new found ability to read can actually be applied for scholastic success.
